ASAP should I get this header?

I just got 06 sti and I would like to perform some ECU tuning...so I am planning on getting a catless downpipe (btw it does not need to be the full exhaust replacement right? Just the downpipe from turbo?) and maybe an uppipe and air intake.

But should I get this as well?

ANy help would be nice...I got 4 hrs remaining to decide

You'll be better off without the cheapo manifold.

i have the header on my wrx 06 i smoke a 05 sti stock me just header dp and cat back apexi n1 ecu not tune boost 0.8 at 6000 rmp somke a sti that is not bad for 600 dollars
ps i somke his 4 time
