They have one that's one step further but it looks more like the JIC/bullet-style exhausts with a giant 4.5" hole and is MUCH more likely to **** off cops. The 350 is a conservative figure, Dyno-Comp in Scottsdale (who tuned my car) has cranked out dozens of 400whp STIs with the 3" exhaust; one of them was a cover car on Sport Compact Car in 2006. Rich, who owns the shop, likes to use APS exclusively and is even featured on the APS site.
If you want to go with the bigger exhuast here it is:

Good for 600whp, but MUCH louder and more noticeable. My 3" system looks very stock, it looks similar to the SPT exhaust from the 2006-2007 STIs.

Just a update!
On the way back from Tahoe today I stopped by eqtuning to have my new mad dad CBE installed, Ed had time to tune the car after the CBE install and the car put down some great numbers for being ****ty cali 91. The car is a freckin beast and just does not stop going. First through third go past in about 4 seconds. Tell the track I say hello 11's!!

Dyno numbers
352 whp
347 wheel torque

Yes but the the gears are only as strong as the case the gears are going into, the WRX case is also really week. You will also have to upgrade the difs and stuff, plus a 6 speed cost about the same... I would rather have the Sti trany

I would go with the full 6MT swap, the benefit is the DCCD and R180 lsd. PPG's are awesome gearsets, but with the kind of hp numbers you are wanting, I would think more traction would be better with the 6MT! My car even at only 280whp drives unbelievably different now than when I had the 5MT in, it is a complete different driving experience! The cost is very comparable between the swap by the time its all said and done.
