Will this be a problem?

I have a 02 WRX Stage 4 with a TXS Stage 4 Unichip... It is NOT mapped for an intake...

I currently have the stock airbox in the car at the moment since I was told by TXS that it was NOT a good idea to have it installed... Since I just purchased a new oil catch can that is WRX specific. They have also included a braket that I can install... However with the stock airbox I cannot utilize my braket. My question is will my car be hurt by having the Blitz SUS intake installed AGAIN in my car even though I was told that it isn't a good idea?

The braket sits where the DRL is...

If TXS did the mapping on your Unichip, I'd listen to their advice. Can you send it back to them for another map to include your Blitz intake?

I don't want to since I'm getting the accessport... it was just to accomidate the OCT... I mounted it but I won't be able to use the tube to see how much oil it's collected.
