When changing injectors in a WRX...

Hey WRX owners, I have a quick question.

Do your computers automatically compensate for bigger injectors? Or do you guys have to have some sort of biggy back or full EM?

mostly just curious.
I'm getting an FTC1 with a 2 bar map sensor.

when i had asked about upgrading to sti injectors in my wrx, i was told that the stock ecu cannot support the duty cycle they require and driveability will suffer?
