Weird Bopping Noise near driver side timing belt cover area.

Here are some videos. Its the sound of a bubbling boxer noise, not normal. Almost sounds like an exhaust leak but isnt.

Hopefully you guys can determine the sound for me or point me in the right direction. I appreciate it. I'm leaning towards the tensioner but I don't know for sure.
