VF30 vs VF34

which turbo has better spool up, top end power and driveabilitly?
I am thinking of purchasing a turbo, and i want to know which od these is better.

They are the same turbo except the 34 has bearings and theoretically spools faster but hasn't been shown to do so on anyones dyno yet.
