Turbo Skreetch

Anyone Have a problem with the stock turbo making a horrible skreetch. I allow at least 5 minutes for my 03'WRX to warm-up and cool-down, its completely stock, but once you pin it past 3,900-4,000 and the turbo has spooled it sounds like sombody is scraping a chockboard with their nails. It sounds smooth up until 4000 RPM. The problem isn't consistant but I know it can't be good. I also noticed the turbo smoking one day(white smoke). I looked and couldnt find any type of spill or leaks by any surrounding components, However it happened only a day after a recent tune up. I'm not a genious with cars, but the dealership Bozo's keep saying they dont notice anything, which is impossible. I also had the factory upgraded suspension put on. Ever since then the car makes horrible clunk and "snap" type sounds. Mostly when the brakes are applied while turning, or the car is stopped and the wheel is moved back and forth. Once again the dealership "Pro's" say there is nothing wrong. Sombody have any imput or is this all in my head????
the screetching might be an exhaust leek, might want to check the connections where your uppipe and downpipe meet up to turbo. also the white smoke is coolant, it might be some they spilled on your engine during the tune up
if the smoke only happened then and not now, dont worry, it was probably some left over coolant on your engine that just burned off. if its still happening check for leaks.

Thanks A lot, that probably is the case. I go in thursday so ill find out for sure. You have any idea about the suspension noise? I was thinking it might be a swaybar that needed to be greased again, but im not sure because it almost sounds kind of like a clunk, or snap like when you use a drill and you cant tighten a skrew anymore so it starts to clank. Its inconsistant and mostly happens when turning and apply the brakes or somtimes when you just apply the brakes. I was thinking it could be a combination of some new stiff suspension, but the noise really comes on after you depress the brake pedal. Brakes seem to be working fine though so I dunno. Thanks for any imput you can give.
