I've seen
on Vishnu's site they state little to no difference between the 30 and 34 spool up on the dyno. But I've heard from someone local that went from a 30 to a 34 that said the 34 spooled a lot quicker. You can pick up the 34 cheap these days. I've also seen quite a few posts from 22 owners saying the lag isn't that bad. It's dirt cheap and would especially benefit from a little more displacement, say a 2.2 or stroked 2.0.

yes true also, as i mention before its money wise.
eg:Vf22 cost $900 while VF34 cost $1300, jus a $400 different which will u go? jus tat VF34 if a new turbo use on STI My02. as VF34 is new while 22 is old model.
but if u wan power, i still stick with VF22, cos its d biggest in the VF family

$1300?
I got my VF34 for $875 and I've seen them for $800 or less. The VF22 is a larger turbo capable of lots of power. But as it is an older turbo it can be had cheap. Personal preference.
