Turbo Choices, torn between two.

I have a Hybrid WRX with a fully built short block with ported heads. I am looking to do a turbo upgrade still running California's ****ty 91 octane due to the availability of E85. Now with that said, I am currently looking at two turbos and would like to know fact on fact which one is more superior than the other.

1: Dominator 5.0XT-R Full Ball Bearing Turbocharger
2: ATP GTX35R

I was looking into the ATP GTX35R at first but also found Blouch to be quite interesting as well. I have all the supporting mods ready to be drop into the car such as fmic, injectors, fp, etc. I do want a stock location turbo so hence these are the only two that will suffice. Your opinions and feedback is appreciated.

Thanks
