Engine/Power - EJ20T (pre-2006 WRX and JDM) There is replacement for displacement, it is forced induction - OEM 2.0 liter turbo engines in the USDM WRX. 90-94 Legacy Turbo EJ22 turbo engines can also be discussed here.

hm, thats odd. best thing to do would be to drive carefully and let the dealer take care of it. since you dont have anything that can void warranty, it shouldn't be a problem.

Where there is smoke, there is fire, where there is fire there is a fuel source (i.e. oil) A car burning oil and not smoking would just be plain leaking oil.

I am thinking that one of your oil to and return from your turbo is a bit off, it happend to a friend of mine, but if you are under warranty take it to SOA and have them fixie. Good Luck

If the smoke was very white, perhaps even a little sweet, its coolant. I've had this before, even before I took the turbo off for the first time. I found this most happened a few blocks after a cold start.
