i have an aftermarket catless up on m 03wrx, and i wanted to plug the o2 sensor bung with a bolt, but i dont know which size/length. anybody have the answer?? damn o2 sensor keeps unscrewing and its DRIVING ME CRAZY.

That's an EGT sensor. Your O2 sensor is in the "header" below the uppipe (there's also a second one just south of the downpipe).

The size of the bolt is M12x1.25 (same as oil drain plug).

 

hmm.... the 02 sensor is in the manifold not the uppipe. do you mean you want to plug the egt sensor in the uppipe.

 

well im not sure what its called, as i thought it was an o2 sensor. my bad. its the hole that is right beneath the turbo, on the uppipe.



as for the one in picture that would be the closest to the uppipe, i dont even think i have that one.
