4k-5k rpm's would be about right, but i would recomend not dropping the clutch, but rather slipping the clutch. Also use the search button in the upper right hand corner of the screen b/c I think this topic has been covered extensivly.

Depends on how long you want your car to last. Usually people launch between 4000-5000 RPM and SLIP the clutch. Depending on how often you do this, you may need to replace the clutch in as little as a year (or maybe 2-4 years, it really depends) and if you pop the clutch you might break your tranny.

I like to bring it up to ~4000RPM, then floor it and slip the clutch very quickly as soon as it hits 5000RPM. This builds a bit of boost on the launch and helps you break the tires loose just a bit.
