Oil Change?
hey guys well right before ibought my car the past owner had the oil changed! thank god less money i have to spend, well i kind of spaced it and havent changed the oil for the past 13,000 miles what kind of oil should iuse and is this bad for my engine? please say its not or my dad will freak since he bought my car!

have you abused the car? is it heavily modified? is it extremely hot outside? is the oil level still ok?
you may or may not have caused any damage. your best bet is to get an oil change done with synthetic 5w30 or 10w30 and a OEM oil filter and see how it plays out in the future. your safest bet is to get the oil changed every 3000 to 5000 miles using quality stuff.
