need help turbo flutter

i need help my turbo is fluttering at low boost if i push my car it doesnt do it i dont know if my hks ssqv bov is broke and thats what is causeing it any one have any ideas i cleaned the bov checked all hoses and the only thing i can think of is the bov is not working as it should i works at high boost not low boost

what other mods do you have?
U-pipe? D-pipe?
Might be the wastegate flutter, normal if don't have cats.

i have utec uppipe turbo back hks bov intake mbc pullys all have been on the car for well over a yr and its just happing now i dont understand it could it be the wastgate not working right or the bov i ahve no clue

are you still boosting the same as before?
Check your boost guage and see if your psi's #'s are off.

i think it might be your bov..i had a bov on my car..and it would flutter because the spring was too hard..try and put your stock bov back on..that's what i did and the fluttering went away..and stock bov is the best because recirculation is the best!! and it could hold up to 18 psi
