need help CEL P0546

need help CEL P0546
Exhaust gas temperature sensor circuit high input
My mods are up-pipe/ downpipe catback. Mil eliminator in the rear 02 and a 2.2kohm resistor in the EGT sensor thing. Also i have a BOV, Removed stock silencer, HKS BOV, and Perrin I/C hoses. When the first CEL first apperaed i checked under the hood to see if my resistor was still in. It looked like the resistor fell out. So i put another resistor in the plug and had the code cleared at autozone. Now the CEL is back ahhhhh.
