running rough

help i just installed a front mount intercooler on my 2000 wrx now its running rough and holding back a fair bit can any one help

What do you mean by "it's holding back a fair bit?" Also, with a FMIC you're going to experience a little bit more lag.

Everything tightened up and making good contact? You could be experiencing a boost leak somewhere.....

You need to retune your car. You cannot expect to just bolt on parts and not recalibrate the ECU.
