more top end on a vf34?

I got a vf34 setup on my 04wrx and the car feels great, the only bad thing about this turbo is that it as sucky top end. I guess the question is how can I get more top end out of the vf34? The only idea I have is headers.

Crucial Port & Polish & Coat(P&P&C)the turbo(~$250), Crucial P&P&C'd exhaust manifold(~$250), a GM BCS(~$15) & a custom tune(~$300, depending on where & what EM)...

maybe alky injection if you are really serious. Otherwise you'll need to upgrade turbo's, the VF34 is not known for it mind-blowing topend.

wow thats around $700, just to get some top end, might as well sell the vf34 and use that 700 for a bigger turbo yeah?
