I cant see spending all themoney i see people wanting to spend on there exhaust systems unless there thinkin of takin it to win shows. I wanna see performance not shiny chrome. will i have leaks with GTspec headers & uppipe with HKS downpipe and apexi N1 exhaust? thanx all. this seems to be the best bang for buck setup i can find. any other suggestions are welcome.

All those should work fine together, even though you might get a CEL. Leaks will only happen if improperly installed. Any qualified exhaust shop will be able to cut and slightly bend or twist pipes and flanges if needed. One word for you: REFLASH

Apex`i N1 isn't shiny? And if you want performance, why are you going with the HKS downpipe?
As for a shop bending specifically engineered pipes etc... I wouldn't do that. I'd either get custom pipes or pipes that are known to be compatible.

how do i go catless without getting CEL or should i just go with my original setup (Gtspec header, uppipe, hks downpipe, and n1 exhaust) with celfix?
I was always one to believe that price was a direct reflection on quality. But i have recently found out the hard way that Price is not always a reflection on quality and fit..I will give you my exhaust as an example..I took off my old exhaust an decided to go with an expensive JDM exhaust.. I ordered my JIC 505s full TI catback(1100) and bought a helix downpipe from a friend..When i recieved the JIC and bolted it up the flange that went from midpipe to DP was not correct, it was angled away from the DP and i had an instant leak..It has been over a month that i have been driving with this leak and JIC refuses to admit that they made a prodction mistake.. They will not replace my midpipe despite the pictures i sent them.. In hind sight i would have gone with a company like turbo xs or somebody with better customer service that stands behind their products.. There is nothing like paying 1100 dollar's for a titanium catback and it not even fit correctly..
