Engine/Power - EJ20T (pre-2006 WRX and JDM) There is replacement for displacement, it is forced induction - OEM 2.0 liter turbo engines in the USDM WRX. 90-94 Legacy Turbo EJ22 turbo engines can also be discussed here.

The "AVCS Shield" is basically a ground.

This is a really old thread but has useful information to me.

I'm getting a V7 Engine and will be using a USDM WRX 03 Bulkhead harness. My understanding from reading this and other things is that it'll be plug and play except for the AVCS part which you've depicted. Unfortunately like most I won't have the AVCS harness (which I'd like).

anyone got a picture of what these sensors look like?

I'm trying to be uber prepared before the engine gets here.

also is the [b] stand for blue since B would be black? [SB] per the FSM in the wiring section is "sealed (outer)" is that was it means in your post as well? I know you stated that it's a ground.

I ended up going with IA Performance harness for the AVCS and the job took about 5 to 15 minutes to install.
