BOV issues?

1st and 2nd gear i have no boost issues, 3rd i'll reach 1.1 bar and the needle shakes VERY slightly and in another 1000 rpms (about) it's fine again...any insight. I was thinkin my BOV is f-ed

Stock Turbo?
I always see a small twitch and then falling off in boost on almost all the stock turbo wrx's.
My guess is it is not the BOV because it seems like you should have the problem in every gear.
Other option throw another BOV on and see if it fixes the problem.
