installed intake

Hi guys,
i recently installed an spt intake on my 02 wrx....i noticed the next day the check engine light came on......just wondering if its normal for this to happen...?

hapened to me just take the negative battery cable off for about 30 seconds then you should be good to go.

To my understanding wrx's ran like crap when ran with an Intake(Either short ram or CAI).. correct me if I'm wrong, please.. ???

custom tune it

Yea, I always read stuff (no personal experience) about them running poorly due to the change in intake volume or something like that. Anyway, from other stuff that I have read, a custom tune will take full advantage of the better flow. How much did you pay for the SPT and where? I was thinking about getting one. I haven't done anything to my car in a while and it's getting borring. That came with the CARB sticker right?

sup, my car runs great, just this engine light prob , but i'll disconnect the battery and that should take care of it.
