Installed GP Moto Intake Elbow- no noise

I just installed the GP Moto Intake elbow (snorkus delete) which is supposed to make you hear the turbo a bit more, but there is absolutely no difference from when I had the silencer in. Any ideas on why I wouldn't be able to hear the turbo more?
lmk,
John

I've had mine removed for a year and no negative effects at all, except, you can get a little tired of the noise. I know I get annoyed of it every once in a while.

as long as you put the finder liner back on it wont, unless you go into really deep puddles as deep as your airbok sits
