IHI VF34 Turbo

If I want to upgrade to the IHI VF34 from a stock 03 wrx what other engine mods do I need?

you will need larger fuel injectors, a larger fuel pump, and some thing to control the larger injectors. (utec, reflash etc)

bigger fuel injectors (sti pink injectors work great), larger pump (walbro pumps are goood) and some tuning or reflash
and a bigger i/c would be good to have too, but not completely neccessary

to run an "off the shelf" map from a tuner, you will need bigger injectors, bigger pump, and reflash. You may also want to install an up-pipe and down-pipe in the process.

you *can* run the VF34 with the stock injectors and fuel pump, but it's much harder to tune for, and no tuners have an "off the shelf" map for this setup.

ya, i assumed he already had up and down pipe
