Pretty Simple dude...
Even if you have an UP,DP, Catback... With a Stromung as your Catback, even at 3", you will have a fairly quiet exhaust. Now, It will be DEEEEEEEEP in rumbling sound, but not loud at all!
Stromung Exhausts are awesome man, It's JUST what you are looking for.

STromungs are loud and drone very bad at cruising speeds. I can hardly ride in my friends car. I have UP, Perrin DP and stock WRX catback quiet and fast. Add Cobb stg 2, intercooler pipes, vishnu pulley, PnP td04, you will be flying. Cheap and effective. PS keep one cat, it is smart for the environment and help deaden noise.
