Engine/Power - EJ20T (pre-2006 WRX and JDM) There is replacement for displacement, it is forced induction - OEM 2.0 liter turbo engines in the USDM WRX. 90-94 Legacy Turbo EJ22 turbo engines can also be discussed here.

gas mileage with sti pinks

Is it still possible to get good gas mileage if you upgrade to sti injectors or can you tune your ecu to compensate for the larger flow rates?

I have pinks, pump, plugs, vf22, cai, bigger top mount, turbo back, ecutek tuning, and usually cruise around at 16psi and I get 19-23 mpg. That's with mon-fri freeway commuting with minor street driving.

Do you have any dyno plots of this set-up? I am planning to upgrade to a larger turbo (I assume I have a VF23 on my car. I know it is larger than stock but smaller than the VF34. AND I cannot get to the engravings on the turbo since it came on the car.) I most likely will get a VF22. I am not really interested the dyno plots for the HP, BUT FOR the A/F ratios with those injectors. I have heard they are too small but most people that say that do not even own the VF22. Also what top mount? I currently dynoed 235whp/wtrq (~330chp) on Vishnu's dyno and I want to make about 275-285whp (~380-395chp) on the same dyno. I already have an UP, TBE, Pinks, Reflash (tuned), pulley. I know I will need a larger top mount, but I prefer to not get larger injectors unless they are absolutely needed.

I have a dyno chart, but it was before I got plugs, pinks, pump, bigger top mount, and tuning with that stuff (I had it tuned for what it had). Without the above I dynoed 241whp. http://www.cardomain.com/ride/789035

I'm not exactly sure what I'm pushing, but I'm guessing that I'm near 330 hp (not wheel) because I did a rolling start in 2nd with a newer looking m3 and we were dead even. I also had 2 12s in the trunk and a passenger.

Are you talking about just changing injectors and nothing else? You need to include more information.
