FMIC on stock engine

is it ok to put a FMIC on the stock engine?

Yes, but why? There will be more lag and the same amount of power. Wait till ya get a big *** turbo.

as said above...yes you can but you don't really need to. If you want a bit more extra cooling then just get a bigger TMIC. With the FMIC it will take you longer to spool the turbo (lag) and cost you two times as much as a TMIC. Plus they are a PITA to install for the most part. You will loose your fogs depending on which one you get and you will have to trim you bumper beam and you plastic bumper cover. Again it depends on which one you get as to how much trimming you will have to do.

If you're not planning on getting a larger turbo plus the extra supporting parts and your not going to be doing any track days then save your money.

The look cool IMO but are not really required, espically for a stock turbo.

Work on how much air your sucking in and how much exhaust your car is blowing out before you worry about how dense the air is going into the combustion chamber. Cheers
