Final Decision
After much consideration on what turbine will match my set up I decided to go for the IHI VF-22 Turbine and get it ported, polished, wheel clipped, & ceramic coated by DeadBoltSpeed.com... I think that the VF-22 will definitely have the potential of hitting 300whp together with my set up. Any comments or replies bad or good let me hear them all.
As for my set up:
GT-Spec V2 Header System W/Up-pipe
Invidia Bellmouth Downpipe
HKS Carbon-Ti Cat back Exhaust System
*With this Exhaust system set up I will not have any cats anymore...hehehe

Zero Sports Radiator Shroud
Zero Sports Thermostat
Samco Radiator Hose
FaL Electric Fan(If Available)
MSD Ignition Kit(If Available)

Stoptech F/R Slotted Rotors
Stoptech F/R Stainless Steel Braided Brake Lines
Endless Neouva F/R Brake Pads
Painted Calipers
*I had a set of Willwood Big Brake Kit but my car was stolen and unfortunately they took them. Don't wanna spend $$$ on that anymore.
*It's hard to believe that I have all of these parts and my car only turn a year old this year. Thanks for the help guys. All I can say right now is see you guys @ Hot Import Nights in the 26th of June @ the Philadelphia Convention Center.
My car's the White 03 WRX(Team Regiment Zero). You can't miss it. It's a simple set up but will stand out of the rest of the cars. It'll be next to my friends' Carbon Fiber Kitted 350z, Spooned Out Ek Civic, and C-West Kitted RSX

RePlY...
I've been researching alot of the Deadbolt works and also from other people in my town who had prior experience with their works(mostly dsm guys), primarily on porting, polishing, ceramic coating and clipping the wheels of the turbine. From what I've been told, clipping the turbine wheels makes the turbine spin more rpm's at top end(nothing insane or anything like that).
Like I said, I've never heard of this process before until some of my friends tried it on their cars and so far they haven't ran into troubles yet.
I know there's alot of controversies on this process but it'll be my pleasure to test it out on my WRX. If I don't like it then I'll just replace it with the PE1820 set up, easy as that.
My final decision is to go with the VF-22 Turbine b/c:
1. Relatively cheap; more bang for my buck
2. Strong top end
3. Reliabilty
I'll let you guys know how this set up works out...

Tranny???
As for my drivetrain I will only replace the clutch with an Exedy Clutch and an Exedy lightened flywheel.
I thought about getting a dogbox tranny from Turbo XS or Kaaz but I heard alot of annoying things that this High performance tranny makes( i.e. grinding/whining noise, etc.) Also, they're not like the stock tranny which I know I will sacrifice some of the "user-friendliness" in favor for a rougher but high performance oriented dox boxes.
The thing with WRX trannies are that they are pretty strong and Subaru did a great job on making them. I understand that it's not as smooth like the Honda trannies are but with a little t.l.c on these bad boys and they should last me for a while.
I've never abused my car like launching it hard(only from time to time) or just power shifting it or anything like that. Let's put it this way, there's this kid in my town and his WRX's tranny was replaced 3 times and his car was bone stock at that time.
But like I said, I'll let you guys know how this thing goes...

Your engine management setup sucks. And our cars use direct coil ignition. No MSD system will work. And why do you want a Bee*R misfiring system? Sounds like you read alot of Super Street.

Management
Explain why my engine management sucks??? Let me guess, you're a big fan of re-flashes right??? I thought about re-flashing the ECU b/c it's a reliable system compare to the Piggyback systems like HKS's. The only problem I have with the Re-flashed ECU is that no company out there offer the maps that I wanna run my car to.
And no I didn't get the Bee Racing idea from SuperStreet. I saw the item @ this shop in Queens, NY(Fizz Autosports) & I thought it's a pretty interesting product So I got it...
For my ignition, I didn't get an MSD ignition. Actually I have to stock one right now. The only items I added was a Grounding kit, sparkplugs, and battery.

I ran piggybacks too for a while, but I got tired of the stock ECU learning around the settings within days. I mean, if you want to reset your battery every week then that's cool. But FYI, once you boost past 17PSI or so with the stock ECU you'll trigger a CEL, and end up losing power. If you really want to take full advantage of that VF22, you'll need either a reflash or a standalone. Sounds like you got some money, so why not just get a custom programmed Motec?

For now I'm going to use piggy back systems with my ECU. In the near future, I'm definitely getting the HKS F-con V-pro Standalone Fuel System once I replace the internals of the engine....

I spoke to an HKS spokesperson and he said that a USDM Spec F-con is in the works right now. Besides that, I'm gonna need a good tuning shop in the greater NJ area to tune my car...
