Engine Builders: head cc's and deck height
Any help from you engine builders out there would be appeciated.
Doing the final math on my EJ25 build and need:
- the Deck Height for the EJ25
- the cc volume of the stock WRX heads
Also, if you have put WRX heads on an EJ25 short block, what head gasket did you end up going with (ie. which model engine/head)?
Thanks guys for helping out.

When you cross post in more then one forum, perhaps you should search them before doing so.

Searched
I hear you. But we searched for 2 weeks on line to try and find the info on all the forums with no luck.
BUT, great news, the guys at JE Pistons are rock stars! Thanks to them we have the information. In an effort to share here it is:
02-03' WRX engines:
CC's of heads = 48cc
Deck height = 7.913" (201mm)
Thanks guys and hope this helps other engine builders.
