divorced wastegate or bellmouth?

hey guys

looking at the invidia downpipes.

just wondered whether or not to get the divorced or bellmouth design..

in all honesty, does it really matter? i understand the physics, but it seems like something created to squeeze some money out of people's pockets. your thoughts?

It does make a difference. It reduces turbulence after the turbo therefore increasing exhaust flow. I've seen dyno sheets that prove it but I can't remember where.

he is exactly right. I have seen the same results in better spool and power. A good piece is the crucial racing downpipe. Very good oneJust my opinion though

im gonna have to say NAY on this one... if any difference, its gotta be miniscule... especially at WOT, at that rate of exhaust flow, if its bellmouth, it will flow just as fine as a divorced... they eventually meet up anyway... both are better than stock, im sure thats something we all can agree on.

Talk to any tuner that tunes subaru's and they will tell you the wonders of a divorced wastegate downpipe, and how it helps under all perameters. Call Vishnu, they are knowledgeable about stuff like that.
