What/Where radiator to buy? 2002 WRX

Alright, well I hit a deer and my radiator and a/c condenser bit the big one along with my hood. I was looking into buying the parts and installing them myself because I figured it couldn't be that terribley difficult of an install.

Does anyone have any suggestions on an aftermarket radiator for the WRX, perferabley under $500 and does anyone know where to buy from?

The car is a 2002 Subaru Impreza WRX.

Any information is appreciated.

1-800-radiator

I have bought from them at least 4 times and good quality everytime. Every radiator I bought was under $200. They are only OEM replacement though, not high performance. I dunno if they are nationwide either, but well worth the try.

Thanks for the advice, I think while I have the chance to I'm going to go with an upgraded radiator but a OEM replacement radiator for half the price is quite appealing.

WAIT!
You can buy a Koyo replacement for cheaper than $200!
Here's a link!
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/KOYO-...spagenameZWD1V
Just search eBay for "Koyo radiator WRX" and look down at the very bottom
of the page at all the eBay stores!
THere's a ton of stores where you can get a Koyo aluminum/plastic radiator
shipped to your door for under $200!
And if you read on NASIOC this one will cool down 70% better than stock.
Hope this got to you in time!

Thanks for the heads up but thats just a stock replacement, right?

Its not the 53mm one that I posted earlier?

The 53mm one only claims 30% better than stock and its completely aluminum.

Hmmm... I'm not sure then!
I don't know how thick it is exactly, I do know it's thicker than stock but it's the plastic/aluminum one that I posted about earlier.
I know someone on NASIOC just got this installed and wrote up an amazing review for it as well as Crucial Racing's thermostat.

I hope this helps... I think I misread your post too sadly!
I thought you said you were going to end up getting an OEM radiator for under $200 and then I realized you said you were going with the all aluminum aftermarket one.
That'd be the way to go!
I do know Koyo has the all aluminum ones on eBay for about $320 + shipping.

Hehe, again sorry about that mixup post above, but I hope this new one helps out too!

Thanks for all the help, I thought the review was for the all aluminum one because he said it didn't have plastic end caps like the stock one and he realizes why the stock one has those end caps now.

Anyway, you might have pointed me in the right direction on ebay. The cheapest deal I found on websites was $400 shipped.

Thanks!

Any opinions on the oem replacement versus the full aluminum?
