car not boosting

Car Info: 2002 wrx
car not boosting
Can anyone offer any insight as to why my car would not be boosting at all? ive checked visually for any hoses that have popped off, and i found nothing. everything is stock btw. when i drive it i can hear a faint spool, but i hear no leaking air at all. also, there are no CEL's. any ideas?

How much boost you getting now and how much did you used to get?
Maybe its due to increased exhaust backpressure or a stuck open wastegate?? Have you inspected the turbine/compressor blades??
Soz can't help you with details as I'm not familiar with the subaru turbo's details. Good luck
