broken vf-22

i have a broken vf 22 the spindoll will not spin i belive that the turbo was run with out oil, can it be fix

take it to a shop and have them check it out. may need a rebuild depending on how bad it is. or you may need a new one.

i know of a few turbo shops

there is a turbo place i forget the name illg et it when i go by again
