BOV problem, HELP!!!!!!!!!!!

BOV problem, HELP!!!!!!!!!!!
I have a HKS SSQV BOV in my WRX. Today I was driving and all of a sudden, it doesn't make the bird chirp noise. I have checked all the connections, there is nothing loose on it. HELP?????????

the bov is pretty new...only had it for a month....=(
it makes half a chirp...it used to make this pshhhh (air sound) even at 2500 rpm...but now there's nothing. only half a chirp comes out when i rev it HIGH...

what do you mean a half a chirp? does it contiuously chirp(like repeatly)? did you mess with BOV adjustment screw? well as for mine(HKS SSQV) at low boost(normal driving) it makes a long pshh noise.... and high boost(high revving and spirited driving) it more like a high pitch chirp whistle noise..... but much shorter then the one at low boost. hopefully this helps.
