Big difference between Stromung and Cobb TBE?

Big difference between Stromung and Cobb TBE?
Do you think there would be a major difference between these 2 exhausts? I am looking into getting a TBE with the Cobb reflash. I found a used Stromung for about 650 while the Cobb i was looking into is about 11-1200. Will i notice a big difference in power or sound?
