Now is it confirmed that the AUTO driveshaft is the same length as the 6MT driveshart?

Also, what is the difference in terminology between driveshaft and propeller shaft?

driveshaft, Driveline, propeller shaft... They are all the same thing. People like to use different names for different parts. Kinda like an O ring can also be called a seal or a gasket.

I'm pretty sure that the input flange would be the same

you need to change the ring and the pinion gears as a set
