I came a crossed a TurboXS Type H-RFL Blow-off Valve for free. I haven't bothered putting it on yet, because im not sure if i am going to keep it or if its even worth keeping. My question is, should I install it or should I just sell it and buy a different (better) one. Any one have any experience with this BOV.

Stock and there is nothing wrong it in high hp applications. For example the STi, 300hp 300lbs-ft and still using the same BOV as the WRX. I know cars with 270whp and still use the stock BOV without problems.
