Are you tuning for max power, best sound, or in between? For power you'd want either Brullen or MRT headers, Cobb intake and cams, and probably Stromung exhaust, including midpipe. For sound, get the Borla headers and just pull all the tubing off your stock intake, and use the Stromung also. If you want a more-Honda-like sound (putting it nicely
) get a shiny exhaust with a big tip. There's lots of those, some are shinier than others. Personally, I am planning on the best-power route, except that I like the sound of the Borlas, so I'll use those instead probably.

Can the MRT headers and cat be mounted on a stromung midpipe and muffler? I have heard the the MRT sound is somewhat ricey, although it gives better performance than the borla headers.

Midpipe no, cat-back yes. Equal length headers have to go all the way to either the cat or the flange for the muffler pipe. They don't end where the stock headers do, so they have to replace the next bit too.
