Just replaced the water pump / timing belt / water pump gasket ~1500 miles ago because I saw the leak between the block and the pump assembly, now the leak is back, from the lower radiator hose / water pump / tstat housing region of the engine, can't smell it while moving but seems to drip when idling and then vaporizes off the exhaust manifold heatshield on the driver's side

I've heard that the lower radiator hose needs to be replaced and the flashing ground down to smooth on the tstat housing, anyone expierenced anything like that?

Any other pointers, this is getting annoying!
