Another Spark Plug Question - Denso Iridiums

Howdy,

Now I was going to set the gap at .028 for my plugs.. the are the one step colder ones. Anywho, my question is this, there is a v-groove or whatever its called built into the arm above the electrode. Will this effect the gap of .28? I didn't have to tap the plug, i had to gap it with feeler gauge. I've read elsewhere that it comes pregapped at .03X something..

Any ideas/or am I just being really ****, or should I have just left the damn things alone.

Regards,
Gered

the groove won't affect gap. set it as you would on a normal plug.
