Unhappy Also need help

I can't get the cams off so I can remove the cylinder heads and inspect for damage. I also have a used 6k WRX complete motor w/all parts. But I want to transplant the good heads to the brand new 2.5 STI motor I purchased. Please elaborate on how to remove the camshaft sprockets w/o that Subaru holding tool. Jac

I'm confused... why are you replacing brand new STi heads with used WRX ones?
