4EAT SBC-ID Owners

Ok so here's the deal!

I just put in my Stage 4 (VF30, STI Injectors, Walbro Fuel Pump, TurboXS Unichip) 530 miles ago on top of the exsisting mods that I have (UpPipe, Downpipe, IC Hoses, Blitz Cat-Bak). Before Stage 4 I was running 13.9 on 92 octane. After Stage 4 (no TC yet... It's on it's way) I am running very slow 14.6~15.2.

What are you settings on the SBC-ID? the way I got my 14.6 was set the gain to 10 and the boost to 64 = 18.9PSI

When gain set to 15 and boost to 63~64 = 18.9PSI and perform torque launch at the line I encounter so much lag (15.2). the car actually doesn't move! Anyone experience this? What can I do to help out my lag problem.

sorry if it doesn't make sense

Jon

What is your warning set at on your sbcid? Also what did you make your safety boost setting on? If your boost warning is set say 18psi when you hit the 18.9 it put your boost level to the preset boost reduction ratio. I think...

I'm running stock everything, and my gain is at 25-28, and holding boost at 1 bar ~ 14.7 psi. The boost shoots up and then peaks at my boost setting. The gain is how fast you want your boost to come in. The other setting is just how many time it will open and close
Graph??? are you talking about the boost graph? according to the owners manual regarding gain on stock turbo the recommended setting is from 5-15.

I think it's because he may not have realized that you're on the stock torque converter in a 4eat in the dread "Hawaii Zone" (.3-.5 slower than cars are supposed to be running).
