Its part of the boost control module (driver module for the correct term).
There is two screws on it and one needs to be turned 5 or 6 turns. I forgot which screw and which direction... but if you email me at XT6Wagon@hotmail.com I'll get that info for you.
Oh and you will need a full ECU wiring diagram to wire it in.
