Uh oh...S-AFC trouble.

I had an S-AFC installed yesturday along with some STi 565cc injectors, and when we drove around to road tune it, something strange happened. The car had terrible lag upto 3K RPM, then from 3.5K-5K RPM it felt fine, then from 5K the RPM's would literally shoot straight to redline as if I pressed the "NAAAAWS" button. We figured out what happened though. We accidentally set the vehicle sensor type to: "pressure" instead of "hot wire" which is a MAF. I was wondering if that could have done any damage to my engine.
But even now, after we reset the S-AFC the car still "stutters" the power delivery isn't linear and smooth like before. Does anyone know what settings should be used on a car equipped with a VF30/VF34, STi injectors, stock fuel pump? Thanks. Right now on low throttle we leaned it out 20% across the board. And on Hi-Throttle we leaned it out 15% across the RPM band. But the CEL came on, and said I'm lean in cylinder #1. What should I do to correct that? Thanks.

Sorry, I had to. Actually, you have fuel rails and thraw a lean code...that sucks. I was considering getting the Perrin Rails.
565's are pig **** rich...but my car is eating the road alive with them on the stock ECU.
The lean code is scary. So clanking or pinging...right? For your sake, I hope not.
Are you using a wideband to tune? If not, get her over to APT and tune it on the dyno with the wideband. Otherwise, you are playing with a timebomb. I would hate to see you grenade the motor.
Oh yeah, what is you fuel preasure (PSI please)?
