get a big *** turbo and a FCD, turn up the boost...higher the boost..leaner your mixture

or you could just get an MBC and set it to 15-16psi

You are driving like a granny and found out you are running rich? Doesn't make sense. Shouldn't you be in closed loop mode what that kind of light load? (Unless you reach full boost at 3.5k RPM with TPS > 60%) In closed loop, you should be getting exactly 14.7 ar adjusted by ECU. In open loop mode you could be running rich, but you should really get gauges and be data logging to find out what's really wrong with your car before you do anything.

And lately mileage seems to have dropped. I'm gonna reset the ECU this weekend and se if anything changes
