How do I remove the rotor on '92 Loyale?

I removed a screw in it but it still won't come off.

Should it slide out up?

I moved it left to right, but returning it to the original position, I hope that hasn't disturbed the timing.

 

I was trying to put the retaining screw back into the rotor and dropped it somewhere.
Where do I find the replacement screw, can any screw work?

Also, is it safe to drive like that? The rotor on it is pretty tight.

 

Well I must say what an experience. I finally got it done. After spending 2 hours on looking for the lost screw, then driving to get another one, spending half an hour looking for the right thread, getting a box of screws, losing 2 of them again. The retaining rotor screw on a '92 Loyale is a B1tch.
