Pinging!! HELP!!!

Ok.. I'ma try to make this as short as possible... My car is pinging in the high R's. 5k ago I received a new engine, transmission, Clutch, Flywheel, and pressure plate from Subaru. My warrenty is now voided. It is not from the ECU I have swapped with a friend's 03' WRX to no avail. I have just replaced the Turbo with a IHI VF22 and am boosting only 14PSI. I installed a Perrin fuel rail and my friend's 05' STi fuel pump. The car also has a Hondata gaskett on the Manifold to keep it cooler and the throttle body coolant is capped. I just put in new NGK step colder plugs. I checked the base timing on the car and it was off a tooth all around (helped but didn't solve the problem). The only possibilities I can think of are my injectors are bad or the timing control sensor is damaged. I also am getting a lot of oil in my intercooler and throttle body. Checked the turbo and there is only a vary thin coat that is to spec. I capped my PCV valve and there was still oil 2 days later. I'm gonna replace my PCV valve today and see if it helps the oil, but i still have the BS ping to deal with. I am ready to give up on my car and sell it... I love it when it works right.. Please help!

Do you have engine management to handle that turbo? You can't simply limit boost to 14psi and run the stock ECU. Up top, the stock turbo runs out of breath and tapers to about 11-12psi. At 14psi from a VF22 at redline, you are pushing a lot more air than the stocker would be, so you need tuning to handle it.
