Finally got an AP, but I'm only boosting to 13 psi???

ca maps supposedly tuned for ca gas and the additives that go in it. some claim to have had luck with the regular 91 maps. i tried both and don't remember feeling or seeing a difference. i would say start with the ca map and work from there if you are not hitting target boost.
