I recently bought a EMI Adapter from one of Shiv's testing cars (1WRX2NV) and brought it home last night. I look up info for wiring it up, and everything looks fine, except I don't have wires for pins 8 & 9. What am I going to do? Here's a link straight to Vishnu's site that explains the wiring diagram and what each pin does.

Pin 8 & 9 are supposed to control voltage. Do I need these or do I only need #7 pin?

Can anyone help me?

Also the listed pins had female connectors on them.

1,2,3,4,

6,7,25 had no connectors on them

13 & 14 were spliced onto the same connector
