Boost Cut

Boost Cut
Hey what could be the problem if your car went from 1.8 bar of boost to .8 bar of boost ??
I've check all the vacuum hosing, checked for leaks in n e piping btw the turbo and the I/C, checked the I/C for leaks and I removed the hoses from the wastegate to see if the turbo is spooling up, and it is.
Could it be my wastegate has gorn faulty ??
