tbone - I-club does not condone street racing or doing over 100 mph in unsafe conditions. that is not a bad thing and getting all mad about it is not a good thing. Take the critisism, and realize that if you were to hit a patch of leaves or something you would have been hugging a tree and everyone in here would have to pay a little more for insurance because of a kid not driving smartly. we all drive spirited, but its stupid to drive way to fast for conditions and you never see the deer or car with no lights on or the branch on the road that will total your car.

calm down, dont post videos about street racing, learn how to spell, have a good day and try to start over and enjoy I-club.

wow you guys are really over doing this I am not mad at all. I just think it is funny that you all drive subarus and you are telling me that 100mph is some crazy speed for the rain. wow. for the speedlimit being 65 on that hwy that is not really that bad you normaly hit 100 just to pass someone. the road is not that bumpy I do have coilovers on the car and it is on a digy cam. so it dose look worse. I realy have a hard time seeing how you are mostly good drivers. 100mph is really not a big deal even in the rain. yeah if there were cars around it would be diff but there was no other cars. I am not dumb. and you all cant tell me that on a track or a rally course that they tell the drivers "hey guys its raining so pleas dont go over 95 mph" ha ha. really. when was the last time you were on the fwy in the rain. I am sure there was some mom in a minivan passin you going 85mph (15 slower than me) while you are dirving in the slow lane at 50-55 in you sti or tr wrx because that is what conditions alow right. I mean come on guys. why do you say such dumb things. it is like you are trying to prove yourself to the other guys on the form when you know you do the samethings. and for the last f-ing time I was on a 4 mile strech of hwy that I had just driven like 2 sec befor at 65 mph. and there were no other cars on the road (it was day so I hope you dont need headlight on the other car to see them vrt) I mean really I am sure that most of you live in the city so you dont understand that you can be on a road with no one around. wich is y I went on hwy 104 look it up on google earth if you would like to see how long and boring it is north of Ione CA. I mean really if I had a vid of me on the freway with other cars around I would be in the same boat as all of you. but that was not the case. Is is not like I launched it or anything. that is fine if you guys want to get all but hert over it. I just think to my self wow 100mph is a big deal to the guys on i-club maby somthing is wrong with there cars maby the dealer sold them a rs in sti trim. are you sure you drive an sti dose the shifter have a lock out on it like this one

or maby some how you got the only fwd subarus past 95 I dont now. oh noguys I heard that it might rain this week beter leave for work early so you can drive for the condisions. maby giveyourself anothe 20 min or so just in case tristan is out there and has hit a patch of leaves spun out of controle and raised all insurance rates. dont worry about all the car insurance fraud or uninsured drivers out there just worry about some guy hitin a patch of leaves or maby a branch lol. drunk drivers, ok. as long as they dont hit any wet leaves in the road. when I see an sti in the slow lane in the rain I will think off all of you and give a wave. maby I will even give you a good old ricer fly by at 75mph probly still way faster that anyone sould be driving on a public road in the rain.

wait, we're not good drivers because we don't go 100+ on public roadways? Please realize also that AWD does not make your car invincible. And I'd honestly like to see you use that reasoning on a judge

tracks are completely different and, I must say, you are retarded for trying to compare the two. It is a closed course and a well maintained surface. Rally on the other hand, well, how many rally cars finish without crashing a few times? (also, your car is a wrx, NOT a rally car)

also, the main reason everyone jumped on your case is quite simple, I CLUB DOES NOT CONDONE STREET RACING OR ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES AND POSTING OF IT IS PROHIBITED. Thank You.

hahaha, mods already put the thread in the dumpster

CA State law says that if you have to use your wipers, no matter the time of day, your headlights need to be on. If a car didnt have their lights on while it is raining it is pretty difficult to see it coming from the opposite direction.

0-100. when you say that it usually means that you launched your car.

Yeah, its not a question of "can," its a question of "should"

i-club doesn't condone illegal behavior. Plain and simple. We pride ourselves in being a legit car club and take contests of speed to where they matter, the track.

I am from south florida where it rains over 300 days a year and even in light rain it can be hard to see a car approaching without there lights on.
you really should sell your two subarus and buy an Evolution or whatever else you want.

I could easily go over 100+ in my car in the rain and it would probably handle just fine. Its just that I like the car and put enough money in to it to not wreck or get it impounded for being a bag of dousche.
